The instillation of post-operative eyedrops starts after the 2nd post-operative hour. The sight is starting to improve from this moment on.
The patient can watch television the same evening.

The next morning, the vision is clear, the patient can see without glasses and the sight is already clear, near and far.

After the procedure, eyes are watering for 2 hours ; the help of another person is mandatory.

Il It is usual that the near sight is affected during the first days, especially if the treated myopia is high.

For hyperopes, it is the distance vision which is not optimum during the first days.

There is no post-operative pain. There is few tears. The physical discomfort is low, even, non-existent. The eye is barely red, sometimes a bruise can be seen in the white of the eye.
